Windows PC: Make sure you download the KX Driver (not KXPS, not KX Prescribe)
Mac OS: Make sure you download the Mac Driver (NOT Patch)
Tip: These drivers usually have the most recent DATE on them on this website.
Download and INSTALL/RUN the driver (this must be done in office).
Once the drivers are installed go to Control Panel/Settings and go to Printer Settings.
You'll right click on the printer "Kyocera CSX221ci" (or close to that name), Click on PRINTER PROPERTIES, click on the DEVICE SETTINGS tab, click on ADMINISTRATOR button, click on JOB ACCOUNTING tab, check the JOB ACCOUNTING box and enter your 4 digit code (given to SNP with the new agent questionnaire) under "Use Specific account ID". Then hit OK. Click now on the GENERAL tab, click PREFERENCES and at the top under COLOR change it to BLACK so you don' get charged for color.
