- Log into the NNRMLS Portal at http://portal.nnrmls.safemls.net
- Once logged in click on CLOUDCMA
- Once in CloudCMA, click on FLYER at the top of the window
- Click CREATE FLYER
- For Client you can just enter the address
- No Private notes needed
- Enter the MLS number into the box
- Click on the FETCH LISTINGS button
- Click on the CUSTOMIZE FLYER button
- On the CUSTOMIZE FLYER screen you can click on TITLE to change the title to OPEN HOUSE
- You can also click on THEME and LAYOUT to see different options.
- Once you've got the flyer the way you want it click on PUBLISH REPORT
- Download and print the PDF and you're done.
Note, if you don't see a LOGO or your PHOTO when you make the flyer you will need to go to the CloudCMA settings and add those 2 items.
